We needed to tap into the intenCITY of DC, so for The V at CityVista apartments, we used all available marketing tools to promote the property and benefits of living in an interconnected, urban environment. Based along memorable and creative wordplay, our fun and flexible campaign integrated public relations, personal selling, sales promotion, direct and database marketing, sponsorships, events, web and social media into an all-encompassing advertising machine. Walk down the street and CityVista is at your feet, courtesy of sidewalk graphics. Hop on the Metro and we’re there too. Signage, newspapers, magazines, websites — yes, yes, yes and yes. Whatever you focused your eyes on, you couldn’t help but run into our impactful messaging. Did all the publiCITY work? With 9,400 visits to the website, over hundreds of people filling out contact forms, 250 RSVPs to our grand opening event directly from the landing page and 11 leases during the grand opening week, all signs point to yes.
