Our client was first to introduce a mixed-use residence to this Boston suburb, and it tapped MTC’s expertise to bring the target market up to speed. We developed an inviting campaign that highlighted both the convenience of mixed-use living as well as the features, amenities and eco-conscious attributes of The Village at Taylor Pond. One key highlight: an interactive online site plan that helped this conservative community understand the vision and benefits of mixed-use living. The website has received consistent traffic in numbers equal to similar communities in more densely populated urban metro areas, and the traffic is translating to leases. Reaction: highly favorable.
