Westwood Gardens Condos
original sin makes for even more original signage
When our client asked for an attention-grabbing campaign to highlight the spacious homes and numerous amenities at Westwood Gardens condominiums, we took the request literally. What better way to nab the eyes of prospective condo buyers than, well, naked people? MTC created a campaign entitled “A New Garden Revealed,” and revealing it was: a fig leaf-clad Adam and Eve stood proudly amidst the greenery, their bellies proclaiming “large units” and “full-bodied amenities.” The startling signage, email campaigns and print ads did more than just shock viewers (and have them scrutinizing the materials for fig leaf malfunctions). They generated sizable jumps in phone calls and web traffic each time they appeared — with the responding demographic ranging from young singles to empty-nester couples. The campaign even landed on blogger pages, with direct links to the property’s website. No wonder Westwood Gardens was 70% sold in the time it takes to say “In the beginning…”
